What can you expect from us?

A short practical explanation and lots of practice:

• T-rescues in the surf zone or in choppy conditions
• Short and long tow lines and when to use it properly
• Anker tow during assisted rescue
• Stowing tow line after use in windy conditions
• Self rescue in Windy conditions
• Rescue techniques in the surf zone
• Hanging draw

We will practise these techniques during a nice excursion at sea
